GREATER LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Greater Lafayette Commerce’s (GLC) annual Business Expo returns to the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds Sept. 16, with 110 regional brands, food trucks, giveaways and break out sessions.

Exhibitors span nearly every industry including health care, manufacturing, education, construction, technology and marketing, along with nonprofits and civic organizations. Many plan to offer giveaways, promotional deals and live demonstrations throughout the day. A full exhibitor list is available at greaterlafayettecommerce.com/business-expo-2026.

First held in 1974 as a small business trade show, the Expo has grown into the region's largest business event, adapting each year to the needs of local companies while staying focused on helping them grow through knowledge, community and access.

"This is what we mean when we talk about supporting the business community," said Mikel Berger, president and CEO of GLC, the region’s chamber of commerce and lead economic development organization. "A room full of businesses finding the people they need to grow: a new client, a new vendor, a partner who solves a problem they've been putting off. More than 100 businesses show up every year because it works. You walk the floor once and get what usually days of phone calls.”

Food trucks will be on site at the Fairgrounds for most of the day. Serrano’s Kitchen, Gordo’s Food Truck and Caressa’s Kitchen will serve lunch from 11 a.m. to 1:30 pm.

The event, sponsored by Old National Bank, will also include breakout sessions where entrepreneurs and business leaders can learn from local experts

The event will also feature a lineup of panels and short talks covering everything from Chamber resources to the everyday realities of running a business. At 1 p.m., a session on health insurance options for GLC members will walk business owners through coverage available through their Chamber membership, including ChamberCare, the Advantage 1 Health Plan and Franciscan WorkingWell.

At 2:30 p.m., Mark Lowe, program chair of the Garatoni School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Ivy Tech Community College, leads his popular workshop, 'Stop Working Harder: Why Hustle Is Killing Your Business,' on why constant hustle leads to burnout instead of growth and how to fix it. Both breakout sessions are free and open to all with registration.
