Legacy Safety Launches New “Safety Partner Program” for Indiana Businesses
Year-round safety support — compliance, training, and on-site leadership — now available for a predictable monthly cost.
COLUMBUS, Ind. — July 8, 2026 — Legacy Safety, an Indiana-owned environmental, health, and safety (EHS) consulting firm, today announced the launch of its Safety Partner Program — a new membership-style model that gives employers across the state continuous safety support in place of one-off projects.
The program is built around a simple idea: workplace safety shouldn’t start and stop with a single audit or an annual training. For a predictable monthly cost, businesses get ongoing compliance management, training, and hands-on safety leadership from a local partner — without the overhead of a full-time safety director.
“Most companies want to do right by their people, but safety too often gets handled in bursts — a scramble before an inspection, a class once a year,” said Rob Shoaff, owner of Legacy Safety. “This program makes it continuous. We become part of your team, on your site, all year long. That’s how you actually build a culture where everybody goes home safe.”
The Safety Partner Program is offered in three tiers:
- Essential — quarterly on-site audits, OSHA recordkeeping, program updates, and member pricing on training for companies focused on staying compliant.
- Managed — everything in Essential, plus monthly on-site visits, ISNetworld and Avetta management, included training hours, and incident-investigation support.
- Fractional Safety Leadership — a dedicated, part-time safety manager on-site, full program ownership, supervisor development, and inspection representation for companies that need a safety director without a full-time hire.
Each plan is a 12-month partnership billed monthly, giving businesses budget predictability and freeing owners from managing safety alone. Members can also add an Annual Training Plan, pre-scheduling a year of OSHA, CPR/First Aid/AED, forklift, and other certifications billed in twelve monthly payments.
Shoaff said the model is designed especially for the manufacturers, contractors, and growing employers that make up much of Indiana’s economy — but that the training options make it a fit for schools, daycares, and small businesses as well.
“Safety expertise shouldn’t only be available to companies big enough to hire a full department,” Shoaff added. “We built this so any Indiana business can have a real safety professional in their corner.”
The Safety Partner Program is available now. Businesses interested in learning more or scheduling a consultation can contact Legacy Safety at 812-286-4100 or info@legacysafetygroup.com.
