The Real Estate Agency is a Local Independent Boutique Brokerage serving our community in the Greater Lafayette Indiana, West Lafayette and surrounding counties.  The majority of our agents were born and or raised here in our area, and continue to work and raise their families in our wonderful community as well.  With over 50 yrs of combined experience, our agents are familiar with the local market and keep track on current trends while its happening to educate our buyers and sellers so they can make the best informed decisions for themselves.  We will listen to your current situations and your wants and needs to be able to serve you the best way we can.  Because we are a small local independent boutique brokerage, we do not have franchise fees and are able to help customize your needs to help fit your budget.  The Owner/Managing Broker, Robyn Bower, has had many years of Real Estate Experience in the area as well as recoginition as the Lafayette Regional Association of Realtors Realtor of the Year in 2022.
