What You’ll Do as a Supported Living Supervisor
As an SLS Supervisor, you will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure that individuals receive high-quality care in an environment that supports dignity, rights, choice, and independence.
Support Person-Centered Planning & Care
Establish objectives for the Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP) goals
Assist with the development and approval process for Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Prepare high-risk plans in partnership with the Wellness Coordinator (RN)
Write individualized protocols and complete monthly/quarterly reviews
Ensure Quality, Safety & Compliance
Report and present information for Human Rights Committee meetings
Ensure utility bills, leases, and related documentation are handled correctly
Review end-of-month documentation for accuracy
Attend appointments and administer medications as needed
Lead, Coach & Support DSP Teams
Provide guidance and support to DSPs at assigned locations
Conduct performance evaluations
Manage attendance, approve timecards, and assign attendance points
Assist DSPs in dividing shift responsibilities to ensure quality care
Be a Reliable Point of Support
Fill open shifts and provide shift coverage when needed
Provide on-call support based on service site needs

Compassionate, dependable individuals who want meaningful work
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience in caregiving, direct care, home health, behavioral health, or disability services preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background screening
Strong communication and documentation skills
Pay $40,000+ annual exempt
