Program Manager - Supported Living

Program Manager

Lead with purpose. Shape the future of disability services.

Wabash Center began with a small group of families determined to create better opportunities for their children with disabilities. Today, we’ve grown into one of the region’s most trusted service providers — empowering individuals with disabilities and their families to live meaningful, self-directed, fulfilling lives.

We love the work we do. We’re committed to quality, innovation, and compassion — and we’re looking for a strong leader who shares that commitment.

If you’re ready for a role where you can lead teams, elevate services, and make an impact across an entire organization, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do as a Program Manager

In this leadership role, you will directly supervise Supported Living Supervisors and oversee service quality, compliance, and day-to-day operations across multiple Wabash Center service sites. Your leadership ensures that individuals receive the highest level of care and support.

You will:

Lead & Mentor Supervisors

  • Participate in supervisor hiring decisions

  • Conduct performance evaluations and support ongoing staff development

Ensure Quality, Compliance & Accountability

  • Oversee accurate documentation and compliance with all state and provider regulations

  • Prepare and distribute BDDS incident reports

  • Implement and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs)

  • Conduct monthly in-home visits and complete site audits

  • Participate in team meetings related to NOAs, PARs, and BMRs

Support Financial Stability & Benefits Management

  • Partner with the Consumer Finance Specialist to ensure individual eligibility and benefits

  • Assist with ARC and burial trust processes

  • Oversee payroll approval and employee attendance

  • Support review and approval of expense and mileage reports

Represent & Elevate Wabash Center

  • Engage in marketing efforts to promote Wabash Center services to community partners

  • Be available for on-call assignments as part of the leadership rotation

  • Build positive relationships internally and externally to strengthen the program

This position is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, organized, compliance-minded, and ready to take on a leadership role with purpose.
