Maintenance Technician

Express Employment is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to support facility upkeep across various properties. Key tasks include general repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and housekeeping. Drive a company vehicle to different locations for maintenance tasks.

Location: West Lafayette - Purdue Research Foundation 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $21/hr. 

Duties:

• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical wiring, and carpentry.
• Paint and prepare surfaces, maintain grounds, and ensure cleanliness of units.
• Assist with snow removal, move furniture and appliances, and accompany city inspectors during property inspections.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of residential maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver’s license needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
