Health & Wellness Coordinator (Full-Time 37.5 hours a week)
We are seeking a motivated Health & Wellness Coordinator to oversee and coordinate wellness and prevention programs designed to support older adults. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing evidence-based health initiatives that promote active and healthy lifestyles for seniors.
Scheudle: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement health, wellness, and prevention programs for seniors
Lead and organize group wellness activities and exercise programs
Plan and assist with community events focused on senior health and engagement
Track participation data, maintain program records, and prepare reports
Collaborate with community partners and service providers to support program delivery
Research and help develop new health and wellness initiatives based on community needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a health, wellness, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with community partners
Comfortable leading wellness activities and engaging with senior populations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Additional Details
Full-time position
Primarily weekday daytime hours with occasional evenings or weekends for events
Local travel may be required for community programming
