💵 Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour (Weekly Pay)
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, seasonal (through late December) | Day, Night, and Overnight shifts available

About the Role
On Demand Staffing is seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team for the 2025 harvest season. This is a hands-on role with both indoor and outdoor work available. If you enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and want to be part of a successful harvest team, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Harvest crops following safety and quality guidelines

• Operate farm equipment and machinery (training provided)

• Collect and record crop yield and quality data

• Assist with irrigation and crop care

• Perform basic maintenance on tools and machinery

• Support greenhouse operations (planting, growing, upkeep)

• Handle heavy lifting and repetitive physical labor

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Farm/agricultural experience preferred but not required

• Strong work ethic and reliability, especially during long shifts

• Ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Basic math and recordkeeping skills

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus

• Must be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
