The Program Manager directly supervises Adult Day Services (ADA) and Catalyst direct support staff to ensure departmental objectives are achieved, including quality service provision, budget adherence, staff training, documentation compliance, regulatory compliance, and oversight of daily operations. This role provides leadership and operational oversight to ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centered services in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment while fostering staff development and maintaining compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements.
Essential Duties
- Provide high-quality services while ensuring dignity and respect for individuals served.
- Support individuals in maintaining or improving physical and mental well-being.
- Promote health and safety by following agency policies and protecting individuals from abuse and neglect.
- Maintain confidential information in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee implementation of Person-Centered Individualized Support Plans (PCISP).
- Coordinate medical appointments, pharmacy needs, and high-risk protocols.
- Complete the required program, compliance, and billing documentation.
- Assist with daily and weekly staff scheduling.
- Supervise Direct Support Professionals, including hiring participation, evaluations, and time approval.
- Train and mentor staff while modeling agency expectations.
- Monitor staff incentive programs and the quality of documentation.
- Ensure professionalism and documentation compliance across program sites.
- Communicate with individuals served, families, guardians, case managers, behaviorists, Nursing, and Supported Living.
- Oversee the daily operations of Adult Day Services and Catalyst.
- Participate in department meetings and complete assigned follow-up items.
- Assist in marketing Wabash Center services and report critical issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; related experience may substitute.
- Two years of leadership experience required.
- One year of direct support or intellectual disabilities experience preferred.
- Ability to learn agency software.
- Strong reading, comprehension, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and acceptable driving record.

Salary: $45,000 - $47,00 per year
