As a Client Advocate at our center, you will provide essential support to individuals facing pregnancy decisions. Your role includes conducting intake counseling, educating clients on abortion, adoption, and parenting, and offering compassionate support via phone and text. You will maintain confidential client records, chart interactions, and develop personalized care plans. Additionally, you will provide follow-up care, assist in crisis intervention, and help schedule appointments. Overseeing a service area within Social Services, you will collaborate with the team to enhance client care and stay informed through ongoing training and participation in meetings and community events. Your dedication to client support and care improvement is vital to our mission.
