Job Description: Recruiting and Client Account Manager
Position Overview: Express Employment Professionals of Lafayette & Rensselaer are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiting and Client Account Manager to join our team in the staffing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for both sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients, as well as managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Your ability to balance recruitment efforts with client needs will be essential for driving success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, returning renewals, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for client roles.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Client Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their staffing needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Develop and present customized staffing solutions and proposals that align with client goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide clients with insights and recommendations.
Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and client communications in our applicant/account management system.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, client feedback, and market trends.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Desired, but not required ~ bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in hiring/sourcing top talent, account management, or a related role within the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment goals and managing client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Share Point & Teams.
