What You’ll Do as a BCBA

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing high-quality ABA services. You’ll collaborate with RBTs, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress for each individual you serve.

You will:

Deliver High-Quality Clinical Care

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and other evaluations

  • Develop individualized goals and treatment plans

  • Design and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Lead, Train & Support RBTs

  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and supervision

  • Ensure adherence to BACB ethical standards and clinical quality expectations

Make Data-Driven Decisions

  • Collect, review, and analyze data to guide treatment adjustments

  • Document progress and maintain accurate, compliant client records

Partner with Families & Teams

  • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, therapists, and other professionals

  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary discussions

Continue Growing as a Clinician

  • Engage in continuing education and research-based learning

  • Support the ABA Program Director with administrative tasks and program development

  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and BACB requirements

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Consistent daytime hours — no evenings, weekends, or on-call.


  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification.
  • Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in an ABA clinic setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and client populations.


Pay $$75,000-$85,000 annual
