What You’ll Do as a BCBA
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing high-quality ABA services. You’ll collaborate with RBTs, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress for each individual you serve.
You will:
Deliver High-Quality Clinical Care
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and other evaluations
Develop individualized goals and treatment plans
Design and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Lead, Train & Support RBTs
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and supervision
Ensure adherence to BACB ethical standards and clinical quality expectations
Make Data-Driven Decisions
Collect, review, and analyze data to guide treatment adjustments
Document progress and maintain accurate, compliant client records
Partner with Families & Teams
Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, therapists, and other professionals
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary discussions
Continue Growing as a Clinician
Engage in continuing education and research-based learning
Support the ABA Program Director with administrative tasks and program development
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and BACB requirements

Schedule
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Consistent daytime hours — no evenings, weekends, or on-call.
