Job Summary

This is a performance-oriented, in-person sales role, where you'll assist walk-in customers, build strong relationships, and guide customers through the jewelry buying process. You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, establishing trust quickly, and closing sales using a structured and proven business approach. If you feel confident interacting face-to-face, have strong communication skills, and are motivated to succeed in a results-oriented environment, this is your chance.

Compensation structure:

Orientation phase (first 90 days):

· Hourly pay: $14-$20 per hour

· Focus on training, product knowledge, script development, and performance evaluation

Post-orientation (after 90 days):

· Commission eligibility begins

Shift availability: day, afternoon and morning shifts

Commission:

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner

· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products

· Build trust with customers and guide them through the buying process

· Confidently handle objections and close sales

· Maintain constant follow-up with customers when necessary

· Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity

· Assist with order processing and ensure accurate customer information is collected

· Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction

· Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization and product presentation

· Meet daily activity expectations and monthly sales targets

Requirements

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) required – must be fluent in both

· Strong communication and interpersonally skills

· Sales or customer service experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate

· Trust and convenience when interacting with customers in person

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-oriented

· Ability to work in a fast, structured environment

· Coach, disciplined and open to feedback

· Must pass a background check
