On Demand Staffing is hiring Assemblers / Production Workers for a leading manufacturing facility in Crawfordsville, IN. We are seeking dependable, motivated, and team-oriented individuals to join a fast-paced production environment. Shift Options

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

• Friday overtime available as needed

💲 Pay Range: $16.33 – $18.47 per hour
(Based on skill level, shift, and position)

Job Overview

As an Assembler / Production Worker, you will support the production process by assembling flexible duct components and handling materials efficiently and safely in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly or line production tasks

• Feed, pull, and pack materials throughout the production line

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality

• Operate basic production and assembly machinery

• Handle fiberglass materials (PPE provided)

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
