💵 Pay: $16.08 – $18.12 per hour
🕒 Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Night Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
  (Friday overtime as needed)

About the Role
On Demand Staffing is seeking dependable Assemblers / Production Workers to join our production team. This position involves hands-on assembly, material handling, and supporting the production of flexible duct components. Protective gear is provided for handling fiberglass materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform line assembly and material handling tasks

• Operate basic equipment as required

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards

• Pack, feed, and pull materials along the line

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods

• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop frequently

• Strong attention to detail and dependability

• Good attendance and teamwork skills
