By participating in the "Join Our Community, Rent-Free Until 2026" promotion ("Offer"), you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Eligibility 

• The Offer is valid for new clients only. 

• Existing clients or those who have held an agreement with Carr Workplaces within the past six (6) months are not eligible. 

2. Offer Details 

• The Offer provides 100% off the base monthly office charge from the start date of your agreement through December 31, 2025. 

• The discount applies to the base monthly office charge only and does not include additional services such as meeting room bookings, phone lines, mail handling, or other add-ons. 

3. Agreement Terms 

• A minimum 14-month commitment is required to qualify for the Offer. The actual term length will be calculated from the agreed-upon start date to ensure the full promotional period is applied. 

• Flexible terms mentioned in marketing materials are subject to availability and location-specific conditions. 

4. Availability 

• The Offer is subject to availability at participating Carr Workplaces locations. 

5. Redemption 

• To redeem, you must complete the form on the promotion page and schedule a tour of the workspace. 

• The Offer must be mentioned at the time of signing the agreement to be applied. 

6. Exclusions and Restrictions 

• The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. 

• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. 

• The offer does not apply to deals that have already closed, been finalized, or are currently in active negotiations. 

7. Expiration 

• The Offer is valid for agreements signed between September 1, 2025, and November 15, 2025. 

8. Termination and Modifications 

• Carr Workplaces reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice. 

9. Legal Compliance 

• All agreements are subject to Carr Workplaces’ standard terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of signing.
