Description
Join us as we hear from Dr. Allison Gabriel, the Thomas J. Howatt Chair in Management in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resources area of the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business. She is also the Faculty Director and creator of the Center for Working Well at Purdue University, as she discusses her research on emotions and communication to enhance performance and understanding in the workplace environment.
Dr. Gabriel will be joined by Dr. Aaron Baute, Ivy Tech Community College Lafayette Chancellor, Stafka Poweleit, MSW, LCSW, Clinical Director for Mental Health America - Wabash Valley Region, and Pamela Colley, Senior Public Affairs Manager, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories as they expand on their experiences with emotions and communication in the workplace.
