Planning for your transition out of business ownership is a smoother, more thoughtful, more lucrative process when urgency is removed from the equation. This cohort is designed to help business owners through the planning process. 

Business owners in the cohort will learn how to assess a business’s financial health, confirm value through due diligence, and make informed selling decisions. The program will connect sellers to a curated network of professional service providers, including attorneys, accountants, business brokers, and lenders that are skilled in acquisitions.
