Indiana-focused plan offered through the Indiana Chamber administered by SIHO Insurance Services, with member support based in Columbus, Indiana. Members have access to the TruConnect provider network throughout Indiana, while employees who live or receive care outside the state have access to the First Health Network. The program also includes a variety of additional services designed to support employers and their employees.

Advantage 1 Health Plan
Offered through Anthem in partnership with One Southern Indiana that utilizes Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield's nationwide provider network and administrative platform, providing qualifying employers another competitive option with access to one of the largest provider networks available.

Franciscan WorkingWell
A workplace healthcare program that helps employees access convenient medical services and wellness resources. This program can complement existing health coverage and, in some cases, may help employers manage healthcare costs
