This is ETA or Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition. Rather than starting from scratch, you buy an established business, step in as owner, and grow it. If you’ve purchased a small business, are searching for one, or are simply curious about the model, we’d love to have you join us. 

You might be second-in-command at an SMB, an MBA student, a corporate executive exploring a career change, or a startup entrepreneur who wants a “boring” business. Not sure if this is for you? Don’t self-exclude.
