APPLICATION FOR SMALL BUSINESS OF THE MONTH AWARD

Congratulations on your nomination for Small Business of the Month (SBOM)!  The SBOM competition is annually February to November. Once submitted, the SBOM Committee will score applications based on the level of community involvement, GLC involvement, and quality of responses to questions. The committee meets the fourth Monday of each month.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 50 employees or less
  • Current member of Greater Lafayette Commerce
  • Must be in business under current ownership for 3 or more years
  • Show active involvement in the community and/or Greater Lafayette Commerce
  • Not be awarded Small Business of the Month/Year for the past 10 years

Please list specific organizations and your involvement; offices held, committee work involvement, number of years with the organization, etc.

Please list specific committees, events, sponsorship, etc. and the extent of your involvement.
