Meeting rooms at Greater Lafayette Commerce are available for use by community businesses and organizations (this includes members and non-members). Members of Greater Lafayette Commerce can take advantage of free meeting rooms as a membership benefit.

Please complete this form at least 1 week before your meeting. You will receive confirmation of your reservation if the room is available for the date and time requested. Non-members will receive an invoice that must be paid prior to the meeting date.

All rooms include Wi-Fi and presentation screens. Free coffee too!

Please note: Use of meeting rooms is restricted to a single business day. Consecutive days are not available. 

*By submitting this form, I acknowledge that me and/or my business/organization shall be liable for claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the facilities. Each person, business, or organization shall release and hold harmless Greater Lafayette Commerce and all staff and members of its Board of Directors from such claims, damages, or losses.

*The person, business, or organization will leave the room(s) used clean and in their original condition and may be charged $15/hour for cleaning with a 1 hour minimum. As an individual or a representative of a member or non-member business or organization, I agree to be responsible for and pay for the repair of any damages incurred while these room(s) and accompanying equipment are checked out to myself or my organization. I understand that Greater Lafayette Commerce will arrange for the repair and invoice me or my organization for the cost of repair.
