I grew up in Indianapolis, and studied Electrical Engineering at Purdue. After a career that included the the US Navy, the US State Department, teaching graduate school, and pastoring two churches, I landed back in Lafayette in 2005. Now my business focus and passion is healthy, thriving leaders who build companies and employees that flourish at the human level. We bring thirty years of experience to provide wisdom, understanding, tools, and skills to grow you and your leadership team. We also understand what challenges your success, like isolation, conflicts, or crisis. I’ve been married to Debbie for almost 40 years. We have son, a daughter, three grandchildren, two dogs, and a continual group of college students coming through our home.
