We are currently looking to fill a full-time leasing position at Anvil 38 in Lafayette.

As a leasing agent, your primary responsibilities would include marketing the properties using various social media outlets, planning & attending marketing events, developing & maintaining partnerships with local businesses, scheduling and conducting property tours, communicating with prospective tenants before, during, and after the sales process.

The leasing agent will also help the property manager with planning resident retention events and activities, assisting current tenants as needed, and other miscellaneous office tasks such as answering phones, scanning files, creating, and updating data for scheduled reports. While the main focus for this position is to get vacancies leased as quickly as possible, there may be rare occasions where the leasing agent is asked to do things when they are available, such as inspect a vacant unit or run an errand to pick up miscellaneous supplies that are needed, or even clean up a mess in the common area or other tasks as needed.
 

Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.
