Description Summary

The Role will focus on leading the Program Management office and creating, supporting, and assisting the improvement efforts within Product Innovation, AI, Data Integration, Sourcing, Operations, and Distribution / Go to Market Systems, Commercial, and associated support functions.  The goal is to positively impact results and to create a sustainable lean agile Lean Agile culture by aligning the organization, developing Lean Leadership skills, establishing and improving work systems with Agile thinking, implementing standard operating mechanisms and business cadence, and driving the consistent use of problem-solving methods (e.g., VOC, A3, VSM, Kaizen, RCA, Pareto, Genba (Gemba), Theory of Constraints, data analytics, Scrum, systems thinking, Safe, Design Thinking, etc.)
 

Job Description

  • Coach and Guide the implementation of GE Healthcare Lean Business System within a specific Business Segment and their Associated Teams.

  • Drive Problem solving process and resolution for key process indicators

  • Maintain & Iterate Value Stream Mapping by product/ Region / Country

  • Standardize and Sustain Daily Management Systems for Critical Outputs including Agile Framework

  • Standardize and Execute Monthly Operating Reviews in alliance with partner Lean and Agile Leaders

  • Assist the Execution of relevant Hoshin Kanri breakthrough transformations.

  • Maintain Kaizen event funnel & roadmap for the Segment

  • Drive systems thinking, Lean, and standardized Scrum Framework across the Segment

  • Coach & Guide Standardized Problem Solving across the Segment

  • Manage best practice sharing (Yokoten) Process in collaboration with other Lean Leaders and segments of the business

  • Create an Aligned Lean Agile Culture.  Be aware of Beliefs, Behaviors, and Signs (artifacts).

  • Create and Coach ‘Learning Organization’ Oriented to Rapid learning, Standardization, and Sharing. 

  • Develop and Implement Lean Agile Lean Agile Skill Competency plans for all leaders within Segment.

  • Lean Principles

  • Participate and Lead Kaizen Events

  • Create and Maintain Benchmarking Tour plan for all leaders

  • Project Management with visible deliverables against milestones

  • Maintain Systems to leverage / utilize GE Centers of Excellence and GE Leadership Development people and tools.

 

Experience

  • BS or BA Degree; Master’s Degree preferred

  • Lean Certified – preferably at Black Belt or Master Black Belt with examples of project execution.

  • Scrum Master or similar certifications and/or experience

  • Experience Managing & Leading Enterprise Company, Site, or Function (GM, Dir, VP, COO)

  • Experience Leading Lean Agile Lean Agile  Transformation within a Software, Data Analytics, Support Organizations, Marketing, and/or Sales.

  • Experience Improving / Transforming New Product Development and Launch (NPI).

  • Ideally helped design, build, or Transform Business Systems for a Global Organization

  • Understanding of eCommerce such as the Marketing and Sales of digital products

The salary range for this position is $156,000 - 234,000. The specific [salary/hourly rate] offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
