2nd Shift Team Leader Bilingual

The Ludo Fact USA 2nd shift Team Leader is responsible for contributing to their team’s achieving the Company’s objectives for safety, quality, cost, delivery and team harmony.  The 2nd shift Team Leader is responsible for being a subject matter expert within their team and a resource to all team members.

  • Be an active presence on the assembly line and in the department
  • Motivate team members
  • Monitor team performance of 15 - 20 hourly employees
  • Maintain, track and present Key Performance Indicators for their specific team
  • Demonstrates a positive role model for all employees
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Production Manage
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proven work experience leading teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership and listening skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Recognize training needs and provide coaching
  • Able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish
  • 2-4 years Team Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Must be willing to give and take direction
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Ability to lead, motivate and be self-accountable
  • Demonstrated behaviors which require initiative and self-motivation
  • HS Diploma or recognized equivalent preferred
