Valley Oaks Health, a local community mental health center headquartered in Lafayette, Indiana, is searching for applicants to join our ever growing team at our Lafayette location. Our mission is to provide quality behavioral health and addiction care based on the needs of the communities we serve. During our nearly eight decades of service, the organization has helped innumerable people and their families identify their greatest challenges, and then develop the skills and knowledge needed to overcome those challenges.

Position:

Valley Oaks Health LPNs demonstrate medication administration skills, pharmacodynamics knowledge as well as skills with physical assessment. LPNs will also demonstrate timely follow through with client appointments, labs, and medical concerns.

Who We Need

1. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

2. Licensed Practical Nurse by the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau as required by the pre-hire competency form.

4. LPN’s at least 2 years nursing experience desirable.

6. Meets pre-hire competency and reference requirements.

7. Holds a valid Indiana Driver’s License, a good driving record, and insurance.
