?The Office Administrator maintains a warm, welcoming, orderly atmosphere for those who call or visit the church. Reporting to the pastor, the Office Administrator is responsible and accountable for day-to-day coordination and implementation of administrative and business- related functions of Holy Trinity, which include management of non-ministerial, non-finance church operations, responding to all telephone and in-person inquiries/visits with courtesy and tact. Completes all annual, monthly and weekly tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Works closely with church staff, volunteers, and officers.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, have a proven track record in managing mission-focused, or non-profit organizations. Prior experience as an administrator in a church setting is preferred. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills including both written and oral communications. Ability to multi-task and complete tasks on schedule a must.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of High School Diploma or General Educations degree (GED); and/or minimum one year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to respond to common inquiries or concerns from parishioners, regulatory agencies, or members of the community.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Knowledge of database software, internet software; Microsoft Office; spreadsheet software; word processing software and social media applications
This position is being offered as a 20 hour per week job, with hours to be arranged with the Operations Committee. The position is paid hourly, and the office administrator is expected to keep an accurate log of hours of work. Hours may be adjusted as the work load demands. (And are subject to change under a new pastor). There is some flexibility with work hours.
