Description
Learn from Cecilia Corcoran exactly what makes Gallup’s CliftonStrengths approach to corporate culture so uniquely powerful. During this event, she'll focus on the science, techniques and tools that will help you coach people to achieve unprecedented results in the real world.
Gallup’s CliftonStrengths Assessment reveals how you can help your employees discover their potential and coach them to excellence. During the course, you’ll learn how to help people build self-awareness, form stronger teams, excel in their professional roles and perform better than ever before.
In today’s tight labor market, building a strengths-based culture is a powerful differentiator that attracts top talent. When employers get it right, it inspires each person to capitalize on the best of who they are as they accomplish their work.
And when employees can agree that their organization is committed to building the strengths of each person, they are much likelier to believe that their company's mission is important, that their opinions matter and that they have the opportunity to do what they do best every day.
