Description
Join us for part three in the Evergreen Leadership mini-series as Kris Taylor, of Evergreen Leadership, teaches on the importance of mentoring and being mentored.
Mentoring is about sharing relevant knowledge and expertise. We believe that mentoring works well across generations and also that millennials can just as easily mentor more experienced professionals as the reverse. This interactive session will begin by providing practical tips for both mentors and a mentees. You’ll learn actionable tips on how to select a mentor or mentee and then how to work effectively in a mentoring relationship. After this short presentation, you’ll be able to engage in a series of facilitated yet informal mentoring conversations, across the generations. This session, led by Kris Taylor, of Evergreen Leadership, will enable you to leverage mentoring for your professional development and will foster cross generational conversations that can have the possibility to lead to long term mentoring relationships.
Dinner provided by Indiana Tech.
