From on to the Next One Consulting, she is the founder of #RootCauseRacism®, a global movement to eradicate racism
through the use of CI methodologies, foundational racial equity training and anti-racism action.
Looking at a different way of thinking and something we can apply to our everyday lives, both personally and professionally, to address and stamp out rampant racism globally.
Panel Discussion
A panel discussion of King's "Letter From Birmingham Jail" will be held during the opening session. The purpose is to inform, educate and discuss how Rev. King's words from 60 years ago still resonate today and in relation to the ongoing community conversations that surround George Floyd's death and the local mural.
